Unrar it on some other place, then copy-paste folders with Zero name (a6m . . .) in to this path (it usually looks like this)

C:\Program Files\Ubisoft\IL-2 Sturmovik 1946\MODS\Planeshine1_1\3DO\plane

Paste folders in that place in the simulation folder, it will ask you do you want to overwrite, say yes. It should be clearer now.
