Thanks Bee, but I've tried going to that link several times over the past few weeks with various errors:
Cannot find server - page cannot be displayed
Error 404 - file not found
....and others which all pretty much say the same thing......
Thats why I'm asking about it - does anyone have this and maybe prepared to mail it to me?
