I just tried the site myself. It opens for me just fine, but it seems the author still patrols this forum regularly, as he has removed the files. Presumably in response to the above link being posted (he has a low regard for anyone who is not in his squad).

I was able to get it before the file disappeared, so I uploaded it here:
