hello all!
having seen the preliminary work done on the Spit XIV, and reading the magnificent "Spitfires over Israel" book, I was wondering if it is possible to marry the Jumo front section of the Dora-9 to a 109G thereby creating a Avia S-101 of sorts;
giving it the 20mm gondolas as standard and using the FM of the G6 (late), this would be a very credible Avia methinks
and we could create a very credible Israeli War of Independence scenario as we have nearly all the necessary planes, Spits, Macchis, Tempests, B-17s, Beaufighters and Mustang....
