i use new wrapper.dll, game version 4.09b, but its the same in other versions...
I can load any map and my fmb map list look like this



i have clean instalaton if il2, just patch 408m, sound mod 0.92, moded patch 4.09b and new wrapper.dll in this order

ok, please check your file name (all.ini) and secondly check if any other mod folder ( that comes before mapmods) in your mods folder contains map/all.ini file ...
