The sounds for the GUI clicks are called key_01.wav and key_02.wav
key_01.wav is the big click sound and key_02.wav are the smaller click sounds which you hear when selecting from drop down lists etc.
So, create two sound files containing silence (or a different click sound) and rename them to these file names. Create a folder in your MODS folder called "GUI Sound" and create a subdirectory called "Samples" and copy these files into it.
Done.

There are a bunch of other sounds here but they're a bit out of date because they don't use the new wrapper. Feel free to use them as you like. I have since realized that using stereo samples isn't such a good idea so I would recommend converting any of the stereo sounds to mono before using. The click sounds are mono.
