Now Fred, planting the seeds of strife is bad. There's no need to antagonize them over there.

I look in at the forums at Ubi from time to time and I am disgusted by some of the holier-than-thou attitudes I see myself. I also marvel at the ignorance from some established and long term members. But that's a minority even there- you just see it more becasue it's easier to spot the same guy being a PITA a lot than it is to see a guy just minding his business all the time.

Personally I wish that Oleg could or would do something to comment on things like these maps. I don't know if he won't, or can't, but I know Oleg is in business, and part of business is keeping your trap shut about certain things even if personally, you either agree or disagree with those things- you just can't say a word sometimes or you risk your livelihood. I am sure however that Oleg is still interested in flight sims and that on some level, good Il2 maps are something he'd like to have

Some people in the community don't understand that, or they understand it but think that since they "love" Oleg, he needs to be accessible 24/7, as if Yahweh just got a cellphone plan with unlimited minutes. I know you're not one of them, I'm just saying- plenty of immature brats in the Il2 community, and many of them are vocal brats. What bugs me most is how many of them choose to take offense.
