I think many people who were putting off upgrading their computers, to await SOW, have now decided to get one anyway....that is what I did

a couple of months ago I got a Core Duo E6850 3.0 ghz/2 gb RAM/8800 GTS

I'm doing the same thing. I have waited almost a year to build, but I'm no longer waiting for a sim that may be another year or more in development. My new rig will feature a P35 motherboard, E6850 CPU (E8400 is perpetually out of stock), 2GB of RAM, 8800GT video card and Windows XP. This will be more than enough to run Il2, the entire Strike Fighters series, FS2004, and FSX.

Do you see a common thread in the games I play? :wink:
