I disagree. We clearly already have quite a good knowledge of chopping and changing existing aircraft, so we have the basis of "simple" mods such as BF110 with s-musik or a Ju88-C6. Yes, we have only scratched the surface of what we can really do, but theres nothing stopping us from making more frankenplanes (to a decent standard, of course).

by we , you mean those five guys already buried in work up to their necks or there is someone else ?

All of them are involved in resolving issues with new planes ( model ... spawn ...) + all the admins. / moderators work ..... so do you really want that they waste their time with tutorial making? .... as i said, give it a little more time

and BTW, there is a language barrier too for some of them ....so making an tutorial is not a such easy task as you may think ....
