well, i know that delegating of knowledge would speed up the process , but trust me it is not so simple to explain , modding process that is .... and they will end up with tons of questions to respond to .
For example, just look at all those issues and questions at SpitMk1 thread ....and there are clear how to and readme install instructions, and still .... sfx and new wrapper saga .... etc.
And one more important issue is that rules must be madden first for making that kind of mods ,cos of mods-conflicts danger ....
i'm not disagreeing with general idea here , all i'm saying is that is too early
