Sorry to be off-topic, but whenever I bail out...I see my personal pilot...the same one that's in the plane that I've made, complete with uniform and face. It doesn't change to a default Luftwaffe or Soviet pilot for me. Now, that's when I'm flying a fighter...I've never tried it in a gunner's position in a bomber.

Same here, my personal pilot bails when I tell him to. No substitutes!
