Small Correction, it does not means "Im Flugtrage der Reichsbahn", it means "Im Auftrage der Reichsbahn" what means "On Mission/Duty for the Reichsbahn" widely. Old-German can look quite confusing sometimes.

The Skins are awesome, i wonder that there are only so few good skins for the JU-87 Stuka out there.
