Sorry, I follow you install instruction, but it doesn't operate ....
I don't undertsand why ?

Try this:

1. Create a multiplayer server on ANY dogfight map
2. Spawn in with any plane
3. Press shift+tab to bring up the console
4. type in "file coldstart.cmd"
5. Look at the last line in the console - does it say file not found?
