And of course we had a P-80 with droptanks in the war. And a Corsair with radar, too. And a Seafire with contra-props....

Why not have a postwar Sinai campaign over the Gaza strip? Theres already a large fanbase for Korea....

In that case add the S-199 as a new plane, with the canopy and all, and not as a modification of the existing 109's in the game.

By the way, the Avia bird was crap, due to unsuitable Jumo engines instead of DB power. So adding a sliding canopy to an existing late 109G model just won't cut it.

Absofrigginlutly! Add the S-199! Who gives a hoot if it was a 'crap' plane. She's a bit of aviation history, so why the hell not...

FYI not all Avia's had the Jumo engines, they used those when they ran out of the DB's...

The Avias that used the DB 605 were S-99's. When they ran out of DBs, they created this new version with the Jumo 211 (just think of the possibilities if they had used the Jumo 213!).
And this version was the S-199. And they sold some of them to Israel, which used them in their war. So no S-199 with DB 605 i'm afraid. :wink:
