I noticed that the damage model does not differentiate between flak and bullet damage though. So one generic type would have to do for all. Some nationality markings get chopped up when the assigned bit of damage tga gets applied over it too. It is particularly noticable on the spine of the aircraft, where it chops the whole top of the fuselage cross off. Looks a bit silly
In the 3do\Cockpit\Bf-109F-2 folder there is a file called ZBulletHoles.tga which is the interior bullet hole effect in the canopy for all early 109's. It's a tiny low res 128x128 tga, but you can jack it up to 1024x1024 with no adverse effects whatsoever :wink:
