They probably banned your IP range or something like that, use a web proxy (like this one: http://proxy.org/cgi_proxies.shtml) and if you like, a disposable email account (like this one: http://trashmail.net/).
If the proxy doesn't help, write an email to to an admin at UBI and ask him to clear this for you.
Oh, and maybe use another username, since they don't seem to like people from this forum.
