Kristorf, I had the same trouble but found a fix. Here's my post from another thread:
For several mods, I had several com\maddox\il2\objects folder paths in a bunch of different mods sub-folders. Now, I didn't twig that this would be a problem in any way, because I only had one static.ini file in the whole lot. This was in the alphabetically last, Z_Basic mods sub folder where I kept all the general files.
After days of head scratching, all I did was move this static file from the alphabetically-last mods sub folder, to the first occuring com\maddox\il2\objects folder. Thats it. Problem solved.
In short, the wrapper only seems to read the first Objects folder with .ini's that it finds (unlike other types of folders).
