It's really Wagerecht. I don't know why, because "waagerecht" means "horizontally" in german. Maybe - in the past - was different rules for this word in german language.
Here is a little proof. It's not enough sharp for reading, but enough for recognize, that there is not enough space for double A between "W" and "g".
