Info on the first few lines looks good. Does it make sense that the file size has changed? I've no idea.

I suppose this is due to increasing numbers, representing coordinates. When you add, say 100, to 900 you'll get 1000. See - three digits become four? You have quite a file, so that 'addition' is notable too. IMHO...
