Could be. But then again, I have had no driver issues on this card since August, when I installed it new. I had not introduced new drivers and then this happened- I'm using the same drivers since forever on this card. I had never even updated drivers, at any time

My GPU fan is 224 rpm, which I suspect is part of the problem. I do not know what the typical GPU fan speed is (and I know diameter is a factor) but 224 rpm seems slow
