I'm glad you see where I'm coming from. Smile

I suppose if it were a simple script that said "If player dead or bailed & co-pilot = dead or bailed && Plane > 100km/h && Plane > 100m, then plane dead".

In translation, if the plane's airborne, and there's no viable pilot, then the plane's dead, since it can't land itself! That's the ONLY way I could see this working.
