Those are wrong scores for a X800 GTO. Something is crippling your performance. You should be getting 6-9k for 3dmark03 and 4-5k for 3dmark05.

Please download and run CPU-Z and GPU-Z and take screenshots of them (all tabs in CPUZ) and then post them here.

Edit: Acer makes awesome LCD screens don't they? My 22" wide is Acer and my wife's 20" wide is Acer also. We don't buy anything else anymore.
