Oh before we move too far away, did you run 3dmark03 at the default settings? Running at your custom resolution (1920x1200) is obviously going to kill your score.

the 3Dmark03 & 05 defaults to 1024x768 and I cannot change it with the free version.

I did change some things in the BIOS. I took the post above and replaced the Images with the new values in the CPU-Z and GPU-Z

Then I ran the

3Dmark03 = 4335
3Dmark05= 3129

Not much improvement in either.
