Advanced tweaks for IL2 stutter/FPS problems.

That wouldn't be the liar Sapphire would it? Sapphire made a couple of cards that they sold as certain models but in reality they cut corners and did not match the actual spec. I refused to buy sapphire after that incident (and continue to avoid them to this day), and it would explain the scores, however your GPUZ looks normal. Can I get a product code for the card, either directly off the video card (look for a serial number sticker on the backside) or the original box.

I don't need 3dmark05 scores just 03. If you can run 03 on the 9800 pro that will help, and I've never seen a board with both PCI-E and AGP -- that could be important to our problem. Have you disabled AGP completely in the bios?

Edit: On searching I cannot easily find the information I am referring to. I know for a fact it happened because it was all over tech forums when it happened, but it disappeared equally as fast. Strange, and I wish I could remember what model Radeon it was that they did this to. I believe their solution was to rename the card(s) in question with a new name, "SE" or something such. This was post-outcry.

Edit2: I'm really keen to find this information so here are some more details maybe you'll have better luck than I am with google. The Sapphire card(s) in question (and I can't remember if it was 1 or a whole line) came out as, I THINK, "Pro" named or "GTO" named, but in reality they were lower clocked or pixel pipeline locked versions of the card with a different bios so they would identify as what you thought you purchased. I'm pretty sure this happened pre-2000/3000 series, either x1800/1900 or x800 series.

Either way if we can't find this information at least I can verify that your part is not one of the crippled ones if you provide the part number.
