Me P.1091 Stufe III

That's okay, that'd be the 603U engine version of the P.1091 which was the alternative engine. Mostly climb rate is altered with the extra prop blades and of course with contra-rotating ones you'd get wonderful stability. Still Supermarine toyed with it for their Mark XXI/XXII series, fitting some on Mark XXII's and found them great gun platforms but switched to the five-blade for ease. No real performance is lost, they just make these ultra-fighters a bit easier to fly.

A wide-chord four blade would be the must have replacement to have made service, to maintain similar climb and altitude performance. Other than that you'd see the same results on paper for the 603U/single prop and the 632 twin unit (but pilots might not like you as much). Needless to say autopilots would be standard equipment as per Ta-152 series.

The bonus is the 603U would be much more hassle free to service and maintain in the field, and even better used only B4 fuel.
