1ST off...Thanks for this 
......now then...... ive just tried repainting the backwall.tga..the folder is in the mods folder...mods/He-111H-2/3do/cockpit/He-111H-2..... my prob ive lost the cockpit completely!..what am i missing :S..any ideas!

...now i need to learn Alpha Channels ... the 3 textures that are oversize are the culprit!
