On one of the pictures in your first post, there is a railway yard with a lot of junctions. How did you get this? can you select railtrack in the FMB? i have never seen it. Or is it already on one of the maps?

there have always beenafew rail pieces in the FMB...a straight and a points....but you must remember that these are for eye candy only...they are not 'active'....to have trains run over them takes a lot of work amending lines in the .mis file using notepad......but it can be done

in the missions section is a co-op pack of mine and there are two missions there which have trains running on multiple tracks...... "Railyard" and "eurotrain"
