When this MOD is installed, and used successfully, will others in the gane see the new squadrons that I add? To clarify, if I get this to work properly, and host a coop with a newly installed squadron, will others joining the mission see the new squadrons in the "aircraft" menu when joining the game?

I reckon if they have the same files installed - yes. Otherwise no.
