Well, sometimes I had this kind of error message but it was always related with a missing file or an incorrect path. Check this.

Did you DL non official, 3 files : 1 with basic files and 2 related with textures used in the map, you must have a total number of 7 files for textures in maps/_Tex/Land/Summer/dlv_Sinai.

Try to open console ( Shift-Tab ) when you get this error message and read it. You can often find some information about errors. Post it.
