Seriously, the PTO is the most horrid of the three theaters, and needing the most attention IMO as far as mods go. As much as we need a Typhoon or Mossie with rockets, we need more Japanese planes and maps.

I will start on the Pacific Theater then. Keep in mind that I will have to update it as Pacific maps come out, but that is really not a big problem for me. The only problem I see is people having to mess up their campaigns to update with new map content.
