These are just a 1st shot at these . may do some moon textures with less contrast

check -test_moon0017.tga against moon0017.tga. (most commonly used in QMB maps)

"desert online" seems to use0014

Sun textures are just for fun - gold and spectrum tints
disable folder with "-" if not required. or just delete.

0027 is new moon (all black) substitute 0017 (most maps) , though this will not remove

lighting effects (Fireball is working on that)
