No, not the skin, the discs and tires on 109's and 190's are hardcoded so they have been impossible to fix until the modding started. I've extracted the textures that control the tires and discs and edited them. Thats what the mod is for. It works regardless of what skin you chose for these aircraft in the game. I hope it answers you're question but I'm not 100% sure what you mean...
