Actually, Mike, it's "Wehrmacht", not "wermacht", and the official emblem for the Wehrmacht from 1935 on was the "Balkenkreuz" which looks like this:

When the Eagle was used as an emblem for the Wehrmacht Heer, it appeared with a swastika beneath it like this:
