look for all static.ini files you may have (mod structure ....mods"name of mod"\com\maddox\il2\objects\static.ini) .... make sure you have only one such file ..... make sure it is updated with new objects (4.094b1m)

default one can be obtained at buildings section of AAA ... thanks to Fisneaky

I used 4.09b,and I've got "static.ini" in viewtopic.php?t=4021
but still no house there?
