Just a thought, I 'm pretty sure they're 4.09b textures. If you've got a 4.08 static.ini in any mods they probably wont show.
Normally this means you're unable to save missions in FMB.
Suggest you check version and search il2 root for any static.ini.(4.09 has "Humans" at end and includes Slovakia items.) If found ,temporarily disable by renaming "- startic.ini" and try map again.
