Wel I just had problems with abase not aperaring, or spawning in different bases than intended...
it might be related to modded planes, and not neceserrilly the map. Try striping the base of all Modded plaes, and seeif it apears... If it does, then its the Modde planes and not the map, or both.. anyway still looking for a pattern here.
All my problems have been related to carriers and seaports, not Land bases yet.. still It might be related. But then aggain not related to this map neceserily.
Also there are a couple of on line fixes out there for several mods.. see to download them and chek if it solves the problem.
