I am glad you are tackling this since it is the campaignmakers that breath life into the maps and planes!
DCG is a very good tool for this! all power to you.
I would say start with Europe (esp. BoB just IMO, feel free to use my template for the Chanel beta if you like it
)
then MTO (LOTS of great new maps), then PTO....
