OK, i will tell you what's going on.
1) I can't do a Squadron take-off (I can, but i can't get formation later).
2) I have very week machine
3) I gave all the Heinkels ,,Rookie"
4) I didn't had much time.
5) No parachutes because crew jumps in-game in unreallistic time. (I wanted to 1-2 men jump).
