...ok, since game doesn't load any file if "-" is present as prefix in folder name , just put "-" to folder names of mods you think you don't need .... test the game , if all is well you can delete those folders .

but , having too many folders isn't cosing fps loss ... try to disable any mod that has something to do with visibility ...effects ... etc . Disable one at the time to find out which mod is cosing fps loss
