Papa, check out the threads here for QMB+ and FMB+. These are the modded versions of quick mission builder and full mission builder. You need at least QMB+ in order to use new or non-standard maps in quick mission builder.
You will also need a set of default missions for each of the new maps- those can be found here as well.
