i also think that this scaling thing is a bad idea from begining since your map is mostly bush and hills..

which scaling thing is a bad idea? Do you mean you don't like my idea of 3:4 scale?

...and the fact that it is mostly bush and hills doesn't mean that it is easy ......

..even at this scale it is too big for the map editor..... someone wants Kunming in...someone else wants Chittagong in....someone else wants Calcutta in.....but don't put them too close to the edge.....

even a half scale map will not get everything in that we all want......

just because I work long and get it to this state in a couple of days, doesn't mean it is easy....just that I now know the best way of doing it....

I doubt if all the default maps are oriented North and South ..... but it was just me thinking out loud about twisting the map to try and get it all in....... now I see that I'm going to have to split it into two maps...North and South

If you disagree you can always make your own......I was hoping for some constructive criticism
