The title really says it all. After installing one of the new merlin sound mods (which btw is great!) I deleated-stupidly!-my old merlin files instead of overwriting them so now when I launch my game I get the splash screen saying v4.09blm but the game cuts out at 70%.
I tried what fabianfed said of reinstalling soundmod.093 to a tempoary file but when I copy paste the sound files the game still won't work.
Is this because the soundmod file includes a il2.exe to start the game so it corrupts with my original one?
Any one have any thoughts? They will be greatly appreciated.
(I could just try a fresh install but I don't want to reinstall my mods, espicially ones like canon-uk's great BoB map which is tedious to install 'cos of the blister etc)
