Sorry...as you posted this I realised that I had made a new texture but not included it...... it is now at the download site
in same folder ...called 'Texture.for.OJ.map'

I had used a texture for the City0 (in the load.ini)
called..... land/summer/fsk_country_mount.tga

it is actually the sk_country_mount texture which i changed the contrast to make it match the surrounding textures and added an f into its name

either install the new texture from the download site ...or delete the letter 'f' in that City0 line in the load.ini
