Can i uninstall sfx 6 and get 9.3?

Sure, just delete what came with it including IL2fb.exe, the small files.SFS (you need the 20.4 MB one), wrapper.dll, presets, Samples, .preload, GUI (remember, don't empty the Recycle Bin until it works!)

then DL & install 9.3

Better yet, copy your orig. install of 1946 patched to v4.09b1m and install 9.3, then start dragging your mods back in.
