It is possible to modify the normal camera view from outside the airplane (F2). The reason is when you are viewing your airplane from this camera, the airplane is blocked to that particular position on the center of the monitor, well perhaps a camera that only follows the airplane.
Is like having a 2 airplane formation and you are looking at the other airplane but the camera is pointing far the other. In this case you can see how the airplane moves up and down, back and forth, showin more realism, like viewing the airplane from the cockpit or window of an unexisting airplane.
