Ok When I made my Campaign "All the Kings Panthers" (Part 1) War in Europe I used the Test Runway 4 in order to have the pilot SPAWN in a hanger, and then taxi where ever he'd like to the Runway.
The way you do this is to completely cover your airbase with Overlapping Test Runway 4's.
It works, if you would like to see such in action, or simply open my Campaign up and look at how I did such then Download this Campaign, and check out the first Mission.
