Wind mod is great for the into wind Cv thing but can if not used carefully easily exceed the cross wind limits for land based aeroplanes.

Careful mission building to ensure an appropriate Cv heading that benfits the carrier aircraft but doesnt penealise the ground based aircraft is required.
