This is probably not the right thread for this problem.
But:
SHIFT + F1 can work wonders!
(Or whatever you have the "Toggle Gunsight" view bound to if you have changed the keymapping)
It should switch you to a position directly behind the gunsight.
This also goes for all fighter planes (is different for bombardier positions in bombers).
You should also find that it improves over-the-shoulder vision in most fighters.
Note that the 6DOF mod does not change the default head position - the "high" position was programmed into the 262 in the original game, and SHIFT + F1 has always been the way to get the gunsight lined up...

The matter of no 6DOF in gunsight view has been discussed in the thread for the 6DOF Mod and it was (I think) stated that this would not be changing any time in the forseeable future.
