I don't think anybody has figured out how to 'port' models from other sources into the IL-2 engine.
I personally think this project is better suited to a civil aircraft sim. I believe that X-Plane 9 comes with an aircraft builder so you can make your own aircraft. The Flight Simulator series is more popular and I'm sure you'd have more luck finding a modeller who would be interested in making this model for you; FS has always had its fringe of user-made fantasy and television aircraft:
TrolleyCopter
Supercar
Flying LazyBoy chair
Jupiter from Lost In Space
Flying Sub from Voyage To The Bottom Of The Sea
MACROSS
X-Wing fighter
LEGO stunt copter
Futurama TV show
If all else fails, there are freeware and commerical modeling tools for FS that allow you to build your own models. I understand that Abacus' FS Design Studio is easy to use.
