ok here is the fix ....

make blank manchuria_ru.properties ( notepad- renamed txt file) and place as:

MODS\MAP_NAMES_LANGUAGE FIX\i18n\ manchuria_ru


you can rename "MAP_NAMES_LANGUAGE FIX" as you like just make sure that it gets placed before any folder with similar files

you may place similar files for other maps you have problem with ( map names) ...
